Preparation Method

  • Boil milk.
  • Pound together rose petals, cinnamon, and pepper corn and mix it with the cardamom powder.
  • Soak almond, cashew nuts , pista, pumpkin seeds, poppy seed and grind it with milk to a fine paste.
  • Mix together, pound powder, ground almond paste, sugar, saffron and stir well.
  • Simmer it to a low flame for five minutes.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.
