Preparation Method

  • Grind together mint leaves, tamarind, cumin, fennel, pepper, amchur powder, salt and asafoetida along with water.
  • Filter it.
  • Add three cups of water refrigerate and allow it to cool.
  • Garnish with chaat masala and boondi.
  • Serve chilled.
