Preparation Method

  • Wash the mint leaves and keep aside.
  • Dry roast Cumin.
  • Grind mint leaves, one and half teaspoon of cumin, salt, curd, one cup of water to a coarse paste.
  • To this add the roasted cumin.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.
