Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the fish in salt, pepper and soya sauce. Dip the marinated fish pieces in the beaten egg white, roll in cornflour and dip in the egg white again.
  • Gently fry the fish pieces until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and place on a paper napkin to drain off excess oil.
  • Serve at once with sauce.


  • 10-12 pieces Pomfret, cut into medium cubes
  • 75 ml Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger, ground to a paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce        
  • 2 Egg whites, beaten
  • Corn flour as required
  • Pepper and Salt to taste
