MANGO ICE CREAM

Mango Flavour of creamy texture Ice Cream is Favourite of All ages. Not only for the summer,this Mango ice cream is all time Favourite Recipe and easy to make.

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the milk and cream together in a large heavy-based pan with the sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves, then leave to simmer over a very low heat for about half an hour.
  • Stir in the almonds and pistachios, allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • If using mango slices, drain off half the juice from the can and crush the slices with the remaining juice.
  • Add the mango to the milk mixture, then add the kewra water and beat well.
  • Pour it into moulds and freeze until the solid. Turn out, decorate with pistachios and mango and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml condensed milk
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon roughly chopped almonds
  • 25 grams roughly chopped pistachio nuts, plus extra to decorate
  • 500 grams mango slices, some reserved and chopped to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
