7. Arbitration

For any dispute you have with lekhafoods, you agree to contact usand attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If lekhafoods has not been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy except as provided here in. The arbitration will be provided in Chennai,India.

YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND LEKHAFOODS ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

8. General Terms
