YOGHURT FRITTERS (LOUKOUMADES ME YIAOURTI)
Preparation Method :
- Combine all the ingredients and knead into dough.
- Make several small round shaped balls from the dough.
- Heat oil in a deep frying-pan and fry the dough balls until golden brown.
- Drain the excess oil and serve it.
- 125 grams yoghurt
- 100 grams flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
